Refund Policy

Fellows Monthly

Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the next billing date. Payments already taken are non-refundable.

Fellows Quarterly & Annual

If you're on a quarterly or annual plan and would like a refund, please contact us within 15 days of your most recent payment. Refunds are calculated based on the number of complete unused months remaining and returned to your original payment method.

Flightplan

Refunds are available within 15 days of purchase, provided you have not unlocked three or more stages of the programme. Once you have unlocked three or more stages, the purchase is considered used and is no longer eligible for a refund.

Community Access

Refunds for Flightplan or Fellows will result in immediate removal of access to the community space. We reserve the right to remove access to the community space for any member whose behaviour is deemed harmful, disrespectful, or contrary to our community standards, without eligibility for a refund, or at our discretion.

Upgrading from Fellows to Flightplan

If you're a Fellows member and upgrade to Flightplan, your existing Fellows payments will be discounted against the Flightplan price, up to a maximum of 6 months of contributions.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that prevents access to content you've paid for, please contact us regardless of the above windows and we'll make it right.

Failed or Cancelled Payments

If a payment cannot be taken for more than one month, or if you cancel your payment directly with your bank or card provider, your account will be suspended until payment is resumed. We'll notify you if a payment fails so you have the opportunity to update your details before access is affected.
