We use the email addresses we collect solely for the purpose of communicating with you about our products, services, and promotions. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes.
We use the date you started freelancing to tailor content we provide you, i.e. if you're an established freelancer, we're not going to send you things about getting started.
Data relating to your freelancing start date may be aggregated into an overall report on our user base, i.e. so we are able to see what proportion of our audience are new freelancers, etc.
We will retain your data in our records for a maximum period of two years after your last interaction with us, such as opening one of our emails or responding to a communication from us. After this period, any personally identifying information (especially your email address) will be securely removed from our systems.
We do not directly share your data with any third parties, however we do use third-party platforms to manage data and send emails.
